Accessibility

Last updated: September 30, 2026

IT Cert Compass is committed to making our IT certification guides usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We believe accessibility is part of publishing honestly and responsibly.

Our approach

We aim to follow widely recognized accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Level AA) as a practical target for this website. In practice, this means we work to:

  • Use clear, semantic page structure with proper headings so screen readers can navigate our guides.
  • Provide descriptive alternative text for images that convey information.
  • Maintain sufficient color contrast and readable text sizes.
  • Make sure the site can be navigated by keyboard.
  • Write link text that describes its destination, rather than generic phrases like “click here.”
  • Avoid content that flashes or auto-plays in ways that could cause discomfort.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. As we publish new guides and update the site, we review them with accessibility in mind. Some older content or third-party elements (such as embedded tools from service providers) may not fully meet our standards yet, and we are working to improve them.

Feedback welcome

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site — a page that is hard to navigate, an image missing a useful description, or anything else that gets in your way — please let us know through our Contact page or by email at info@onlineitcertifications.site. Describe the problem and, if you can, the page where it occurred. We will do our best to address it promptly.
